桔梗是桔梗科植物桔梗Platycodon grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.的根,为药食同源的传统中药。本文通过检索Pubmed及CNKI数据库中相关文献,对桔梗的现代药理活性,包括祛痰作用、抗炎作用、免疫调节作用、抗肿瘤作用、保肝作用、心血管保护作用、治疗糖尿病作用、抗肥胖作用、镇痛作用等进行综述,以期为中药桔梗的深入开发提供理论基础。
Abstract:Platycodon grandiflorum is one kind of widely used Chinese medicine herbs.This review summarizes the progress on the pharmacological effects of Platycodon grandiflorum via searching the databases such as Pubmed and China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).The anti-inflammatory effect,immune-regulative effect,anti-cancer effect,hepatoprotective and cardiovascular protective effects,anti-diabetic effect,anti-obesity effect,and analgesic effect of Platycodon grandiflorum have been summarized and analysed in order to provide information for its further development and clinical application.
