基于古籍数据挖掘的中医防治疫病用药规律分析

摘要:

目的:通过对古籍疫病防治的文献挖掘,寻找中医古方治疗相似疫病的组方,总结用药规律,挖掘潜在关联规则及配伍规律,为新冠肺炎的防治提供参考。方法:通过分析新冠肺炎的临床表现,归纳病因证型。在中医古籍中寻找能够治疗相关证型的组方,建立组方数据库,使用SPSS Clementine 12. 0、SPSS Statistics 19. 0和Excel进行数据挖掘分析,寻找潜在配伍规律。结果:通过数据挖掘分析,得到甘草、柴胡、黄芩等高频药物22种;高频药物归肺、脾、胃经最多,药性温、寒为主,药味苦辛居多;得到甘草-桔梗、甘草-防风、甘草-羌活等较高关联性药对12个;因子分析提取9个公因子,聚类分析得到6类。结论:通过数据挖掘的方式得到了一些可能治疗新冠肺炎的药对和可能配伍,为临床应用提供了新的思考。

Abstract:

Objective: Through the literature mining of ancient books on the prevention and treatment of epidemic diseases,to find the traditional Chinese medicine prescription for the treatment of similar epidemic diseases,to summarize the medication rules,to explore the potential association rules and compatibility rules,to provide a reference for the prevention and treatment of new coronarvirus pneumonia. Methods: Clinical manifestations of new coronarvirus pneumonia were analyzed,the etiology and syndrome types were summarized. We searched ancient books of traditional Chinese medicine for formulations that could be used to treat related syndromes,then established formulations database.SPSS Clementine 12. 0,SPSS Statistics 19. 0 and Excel was used for data mining and analysis to study its potential compatibility rules. Results: Through data mining and analysis,22 kinds of high frequency drugs such as licorice root,bupleurum root and scutellaria root were obtained. High frequency drugs mostly belong to the lung,spleen and stomach system,the property of the drug is often Wen and Han,the flavor is Ku and Xin. 12 related drugs were obtained,such as licorice-platycodonis,radix sileris and licorice-notopterygium. Nine common factors were extracted by factor analysis,and six were obtained by cluster analysis. Conclusion: By means of data mining,some possible drug pairs and possible combinations for the treatment of new coronavirus pneumonia were obtained,which may provide a new thinking for clinical application.
