目的:对新疆特色药材一枝蒿进行质量标志物预测分析。方法:选用CNKI、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库SinoMed、Pubmed、Web of Science等数据库检索一枝蒿、新疆一枝蒿和Artemisia rupestris L.的化学成分、药理作用和质量控制现状,并从植物亲缘性、传统功效及药性、成分可测性、入血成分、方剂配伍、网络药理学等方面对一枝蒿质量标志物(Q-marker)进行预测和分析。结果:一枝蒿中黄酮类、倍半萜类、挥发油类化合物均具备作为一枝蒿质量标志物的潜力。初步推测一枝蒿酮酸、一枝蒿酮酸B、一枝蒿酮酸C、一枝蒿酮酸E、一枝蒿酮酸F、山柰酚、紫花牡荆素、艾黄素等成分可作为一枝蒿的质量标志物。结论:为完善一枝蒿的质量评价体系及临床应用提供参考。
Abstract:Objective:To predict and analyze the quality markers of Artemisia rupestris L.,a native medicinal herb in Xinjiang. Methods:The chemical constituents, pharmacological effects, and quality control status of A. rupestris were reviewed based on the relevant articles retrieved from CNKI,Wanfang Data, VIP,SinoMed, Pubmed, and Web of Science with A. rupestris and A. rupestris in Xinjiang as the key words in the theme, title, abstract, and key words. The quality markers of A. rupestris were predicted from the aspects of plant affinity, traditional effects and medicinal properties, measurability of components, absorbed components, compatibility of prescriptions, and network pharmacology. Results:Flavonoids, sesquiterpenoids and volatile oils in A. rupestris have the potential to be used as quality markers. It is preliminarily predicted that rupestonic acid, rupestonic acid B,rupestonic acid C,rupestonic acid E,rupestonic acid F,kaempferol, casticin, and artemetin can be used as quality markers of A. rupestris. Conclusion:The findings provide reference for improving the quality evaluation system and clinical application of A. rupestris.
