中药麝香研究现状与趋势——基于CiteSpace和VOSviewer的文献计量学分析

摘要:

目的:运用文献计量学方法分析麝香在中医药领域的研究情况,预测今后的研究热点与发展趋势,总结分析麝香领域中存在的不足。方法:计算机检索麝香在中医药领域的相关中文文献,导入NoteExpress V3.2进行合格文献筛选,运用Excel对合格文献的发文量及发表期刊进行统计描述,采用VOSviewer 1.6.18绘制核心作者共现密度视图,CiteSpace6.1.R3绘制机构、关键词共现图以及关键词聚类、时间线及突现图并进行可视化分析。结果:经检索Web of Science核心数据库,符合纳排标准的英文文献仅有46篇,占中文文献的1%左右且与部分中文内容有交叉,故仅选择4大中文数据库进行文献分析,共纳入4 921篇合格文献,文献发文量总体呈波浪式上升趋势直至稳定;发表期刊以中医药类为主,《中成药》载刊量高达156篇;形成了115位核心作者及王志文、戴瑞鸿、宋洪涛等代表性研究团队;研究机构间的合作以中医药大学及附属医院为主;关键词共现与聚类分析显示研究内容侧重于临床观察研究;关键词突现分析提示Meta分析、经皮冠状动脉介入术、心功能、血液流变学、与阿托伐他汀联用、等是麝香通心滴丸还会持续发展的研究方向,而麝香通心滴丸代表了麝香未来研究领域的发展趋势。结论:目前麝香研究领域的研究热点主要围绕几个临床应用较为广泛的麝香中成药(麝香保心丸、马应龙麝香痔疮膏、复方麝香注射液、等)展开临床研究,体现在冠心病、心绞痛、心力衰竭、心肌梗死、心肌缺血、痔疮、糖尿病、高血压、等疾病及其并发症的治疗以及麝香酮活性成分分析,但对多数含麝香的中成药而言其研究就相对浅显且停滞,需借助新的技术手段全面系统挖掘麝香的药用价值,促进麝香研究领域的全面发展。

Abstract:

Objective: To analyze the research situation of MOSCHUS in the field of traditional Chinese medicine by bibliometrics, predict the future research hotspots and development trends, and summarize and analyze the shortcomings in the field of MOSCHUS. Methods: The related literatures of MOSCHUS in the field of traditional Chinese medicine from 1993 to 2022(as of October 10,2022) in CNKI,SinoMed, Wanfang and VIP were searched by computer, and the qualified documents were screened by importing NoteExpress V3.2,Excel is used to statistically describe the number of papers issued and journals published by qualified documents, VOSviewer 1.6.18 is used to draw the co-occurrence density view of core authors, CiteSpace6.1.R3 is used to draw the organization, keyword co-occurrence diagram, keyword clustering, timeline and emergence diagram, and visual analysis is carried out. Results: After searching the core database of Web of Science, there were only 46 English literatures that met the inclusion criteria, which accounted for about 1% of the Chinese literature and overlapped with some Chinese content. Therefore, only four major Chinese databases were selected for literature analysis. A total of 4 921 qualified literatures were included, and the number of published documents was generally in a wave upward trend until it stabilized, the published journals are mainly Chinese medicine, with the number of Chinese patent medicine up to 156,115 core authors and representative research teams including WANG Zhiwen, DAI Ruihong and SONG Hongtao have been formed, The cooperation between research institutions is dominated by the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and affiliated hospitals, keywords collinearity and cluster analysis showed that the research focused on clinical observation, key words emergence analysis suggested that Meta-analysis, percutaneous coronary intervention, cardiac function, hemorheology, atorvastatin, etc. are the research directions of Shexiangtongxin(麝香通心) dropping pills to develop, and Shexiangtongxin dropping pills represent the development trend of future research fields of MOSCHUS. Conclusion: At present, the research hotspots in the field of MOSCHUS research mainly focus on several widely used Chinese patent medicine of MOSCHUS(Shexiang Baoxin(麝香保心) Pill, MA Yinglong(马应龙) Moschus Hemorrhoids cream, compound MOSCHUS injection, etc.),which are embodied in the treatment of coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, heart failure, myocardial infarction, myocardial ischemia, hemorrhoids, diabetes, hypertension and other diseases and their complications, as well as the analysis of active ingredients of MOSCHUS ketone. However, for most Chinese patent medicines containing MOSCHUS,their research is relatively simple and stagnant. It is necessary to comprehensively and systematically tap the medicinal value of MOSCHUS with new technical means to promote the comprehensive development of MOSCHUS research field.
