原花青素是一种广泛存在于植物中的多酚化合物。本文综述了原花青素的名称由来、化学成分、提取方法、近年来国内外学者在原花青素的生理活性方面的研究进展以及在食品、药品及化妆品领域的应用情况,分析了其在这几个领域的应用前景,为原花青素的进一步开发和利用提供了参考。
Abstract:Procyanidin is a widespread polyphenol compounds in plants.This paper reviewed the origin of the name of procyanidin,chemical composition,extraction method,as well as new research progress of domestic and foreign scholars in recent years on its physiological activity,and applications in foods,drugs and cosmetics field,analyzed the prospect of its application in these fields and provided references for further exploitation and application of procyanidins.
