中药药理与临床

丹皮酚又称牡丹酚，是传统中药牡丹皮、徐长卿的主要有效成分。丹皮酚具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、代谢调节、镇痛、等多种药理作用，在治疗心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、肝脏疾病方面有良好的潜在应用价值和发展前景，近年来，广大学者对其药理活性发挥所涉及的机制如NF-κB、TGF-β1/Smad、Wnt/β-连环蛋白等信号通路进行了深入研究。但丹皮酚自身水溶性差、代谢迅速的特点制约了临床应用，本文通过对丹皮酚不同药理作用及其作用机制、临床应用、剂型研究进行综述，以期为丹皮酚多方向剂型开发及多途径临床应用提供参考。

Paeonol, the main effective components of Chinese herbs Mudanpi(牡丹皮) and Xuchangqing(徐长卿),has multiple pharmacological effects such as anti-inflammation, anti-tumor, metabolism regulation, and analgesia, making it possess a good potential application value and development prospect in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, and liver diseases. In recent years, many scholars have deeply studied the mechanisms like NF-κB,TGF-β1/Smad, and Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathways involved in its pharmacological activities. However, the poor water solubility and rapid metabolism of paeonol have restricted its clinical application. This paper reviewed the pharmacological actions, mechanisms, clinical application, and dosage forms of paeonol, in order to provide reference for expanding its dosage forms and clinical applications.
