目的:回顾性评价某方舱医院阿比多尔片、清肺排毒汤、连花清瘟胶囊和金叶败毒颗粒单药治疗轻型、普通型新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年2月17日至2020年3月6日于湖北省武汉市光谷会展中心方舱医院接受治疗且符合新冠确诊标准的出院病历资料214例,按照治疗方法的不同分为阿比多尔治疗组、清肺排毒汤治疗组、连花清瘟胶囊治疗组和金叶败毒颗粒治疗组。214例患者在对症治疗基础上,阿比多尔组38例患者接受阿比多尔片单药治疗,清肺排毒汤组64例患者接受清肺排毒汤单药治疗,连花清瘟组85例患者接受连花清瘟胶囊单药治疗,金叶败毒组27例患者接受金叶败毒颗粒单药治疗,比较各组间疾病转重率和好转出院患者的住院时长。结果:214例患者中,男123例(57.5%),女91例(42.5%),年龄范围为20岁～69岁,平均年龄为47岁,各组间基线资料均衡可比。住院期间,阿比多尔组、清肺排毒汤组、连花清瘟组和金叶败毒组患者的转重率分别为42.1%、12.5%、18.8%和7.4%,阿比多尔组患者转重率高于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);清肺排毒汤组、连花清瘟组和金叶败毒组间转重率无统计学差异。阿比多尔组、清肺排毒汤组、连花清瘟组和金叶败毒组病情好转出院患者的住院时长中位时间分别为10.5、10、10、12 d,组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:单用清肺排毒汤、连花清瘟胶囊或金叶败毒颗粒在治疗轻型/普通型新冠患者的转重率和好转患者住院时长等方面无统计学差异,但以上三种中药在降低轻型/普通型新冠患者转重率方面可能优于阿比多尔单药治疗。

Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of arbidol, Qingfei Paidu decoction, Lianhuaqingwen capsule, and Jinye Baidu granules in the treatment of mild/moderate COVID-19. Methods:The clinical data of 214 patients with mild/moderate COVID-19 admitted to Guanggu Fangcang shelter hospital during February 17 to March 6, 2020 were collected. All cases were divided into 4 groups according to different treatments: arbidol group, Qingfei Paidu decoction group, Lianhuaqingwen capsule group, and Jinye Baidu granules group. Besides symptomatic and supportive treatment, 38 cases took arbidol, 64 cases took Qingfei Paidu decoction, 85 cases took Lianhuaqingwen capsule, and 28 cases took Jinye Baidu granules. The deterioration rate and hospital stay time of discharged patients in the 4 groups were compared. Results:In 214 patients, 123 males(57.5%) and 91 females(42.5%) were included, aged 20 to 69 years, the average age was 47 years old, with similar baseline demographics characteristics. Deterioration rates of patients in arbidol, Qingfei Paidu decoction, Lianhuaqingwen capsule, and Jinye Baidu granules groups were 42.1%, 12.5%, 18.8%, and 7.4% respectively. The deterioration rate in arbidol group was the highest in all groups, with significant difference(χ²=16.823, P=0.001), and there showed no significant difference among other 3 groups. The median hospital stays of discharged patients in arbidol, Qingfei Paidu decoction, Lianhuaqingwen capsule, and Jinye Baidu granules groups were 10.5, 10, 10, and 12 days, respectively, with no significant difference(χ²=2.889, P=0.409). Conclusion:There was no significant difference in deterioration rates of patients and hospital stays of discharged patients among Qingfei Paidu decoction, Lianhuaqingwen capsule, or Jinye Baidu granules monotherapy. These three traditional Chinese medicines might be superior to arbidol in reducing the deterioration rate of patients with mild/moderate COVID-19.
