天麻为兰科植物天麻的干燥块茎,具有熄风止痉、平抑肝阳、祛风通络的功效,临床上多用于高血压、中风等疾病的治疗。基础研究发现,天麻及其有效成分对循环系统、神经系统、骨骼系统、消化系统、内分泌系统、泌尿系统等疾病均具有潜在的治疗作用,这也体现出中药具有多靶点、多途径的优势。本文对天麻及其有效成分的药理作用做一综述,以丰富临床用药依据。
Abstract：Gastrodia is a dry tuber of an orchid plant Gastrodia elata. It has the effects of Xifengzhijing, Pingyiganyang and Qufengtongluo. It is widely used in the treatment of hypertension, stroke and other diseases in clinic. Basic research has found that Gastrodia and its active ingredients have potential therapeutic effects on diseases of circulatory system, nervous system, skeletal system, digestive system, endocrine system and urinary system. It also reflects the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine with multiple targets and multiple pathways. However, there are relatively few related clinical trials, so this article reviewed the pharmacological effects of Gastrodia and its active ingredients in order to enrich the evidence for clinical medication.
