百合的现代化学、药理及临床应用研究进展

摘要:

百合作为临床常用的中药,其主要功效为养阴润肺、清心安神,主要用于阴虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,虚烦惊悸,失眠多梦,精神恍惚。药用百合鳞茎中含有多种药效活性成分,主要有多糖类、生物碱类、甾体皂苷类、黄酮类以及酚类化合物等;中药百合具有润肺止咳、镇静催眠、调节免疫、抗氧化、抗抑郁、抗炎、抗肿瘤以及降血糖等多种功效;以百合为主药的中药方剂临床应用广泛且疗效可靠,如百合地黄汤、百合知母汤及百合固金汤等。对百合的化学成分、药理作用及临床应用相关文献进行整理分析,并系统化地开展综述,为百合的应用及研究提供参考依据。

Abstract:

Baihe(百合) is a commonly used Chinese herbal medicine in clinical practice. It is effective in Yangyin(养阴),Runfei(润肺),Qingxin(清心),and Anshen(安神),and is mainly indicated for Yinxuzaoke(阴虚燥咳),Laosoukexue(劳嗽咳血),Xufanjingji(虚烦惊悸),Shimianduomeng(失眠多梦),and Jingshenhuanghu(精神恍惚). As revealed by literature retrieval, the bulbs of medicinal Baihe contain a variety of active ingredients, including polysaccharides, alkaloids, steroidal saponins, flavonoids, and phenolic compounds. Baihe can relieve cough, calm the mind, and improve sleep, and it also possesses immunoregulatory, anti-oxidative, anti-depressive, anti-inflammatory, anti-tumor, blood glucose-lowering, and other pharmacological effects. Chinese medicinal prescriptions with Baihe as the main medicine are widely used in the clinical application with reliable efficacy, such as Baihe Dihuang Decoction, Baihe Zhimu Decoction, and Baihe Gujin Decoction. The present study systematically reviewed the chemical composition, pharmacological effects, and clinical application of Baihe to provide references for its clinical application and research.
